Our story
Somali Fix Jobs was founded in response to one of Somalia's most pressing challenges: a young, fast-growing population with limited access to formal job listings, transparent hiring processes, and a trusted place to be discovered by employers. Too many qualified graduates and skilled workers were relying on word-of-mouth, informal networks, or social media groups to find work — and too many employers struggled to reach candidates beyond their own city or circle. We built Somali Fix Jobs as a free, easy-to-use digital bridge between the two: a single platform where job seekers can build a professional profile and apply with a click, and where companies — from small local businesses to large organisations — can post opportunities and reach talent across the country.
